In both cases above, please keep in mind that there might not be an analyst covering the area you are interested in. Additionally the analysts' schedules are extremely crowded, so allow for sufficient time if you require the analyst to return your phone call or respond to your email. If you are working on a very tight deadline and can't get a hold of the analyst in time, please be understanding.

How do I receive executive summaries of IDC research?
Journalists may have access to abstracts and executive summaries of IDC's research reports and bulletins. The executive summary will then be emailed to you within a few hours.
